| Gartner's Blog Network is a rich resource. It currently comprises personal insights from over 120 analysts, though these are not given the stamp of official Gartner analysis. There are also a handful of blogs on specific topics, which are given individual titles |
| This is InformationSpan's index to Gartner analyst blogs in name order, giving their areas of coverage as listed by Gartner. Former AMR and Burton services are now fully integrated into Gartner; and all the legacy blogs and other information have been removed. Former Burton Group services are now marketed as Gartner IT1 although they are still sometimes referred to as Burton services.
Some of these Gartner blogs are dormant and not all are listed on the Gartner Blogs home page. An active blog, in this context, is one where the most recent posting is less than three months old at the time this index is updated. ♦ indicates blog active (3) (6) (9) indicates most recent posting is older than 3, 6 or 9 months respectively (12+) indicates no posting within the last year or, sometimes, considerably longer ‡ indicates blog still accessible by the link, but not included in Gartner's index asterisks ** indicate analysts whose expertise I have personally experienced |
